Please join us for our monthly meetings. We meet the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at Calcasieu Parish Public Library, Central Branch 2nd Floor, located at 301 W. Claude Street.
These support group meetings are for people with Parkinson’s disease, as well as friends, family and caregivers.
Join us for facilitated Open Discussion meetings, Speaker meetings, and Caregiver meetings. We rotate these meetings every three months. Bring your thoughts, questions, concerns, and special edible treats if you wish! Water is provided! Parking is free.
Please note: On the caregiver’s meeting, the people with Parkinson’s meet in one room and the caregivers meet in a different room. The addition of the caregiver’s meetings has been a success and we look forward to continuing them in our future.
